VIDEO: Rihanna & Britney Spears Open The 2011 Billboard Music Awards

Rihanna (who copped the award for Top Radio Songs Artist of the Year) brought out Britney Spears to give a Vegas spark to her Billboard Music Awards opening performance tonight.

Not sure what's going on but Brit Brit hasn't been the same since the late 2000's.  Chick used to WORK on stage.  This whole duet performance--including Brit's lip synching--looked and sounded stiff and distant...and like they were in their living room improvising at a slumber party.
But if looking hot is all that matters, they've got that on lock.
