Casey Abrams American Idol 2011 another day in the big world

Each and everyone of us has its own stage fright, not even professional artist's who have long been performing on stages are exempted and this goes to Casey Abrams of American Idol 2011 who fell after performing. Casey had a rough time during the eliminations and has been competing very hard with other contestants.

American Idol Staffs helped Casey up on his feet and let him seat on a chair to recuperate. He was  hyperventilating and breathing very hard. The irony is The title of the song that he sung was "I Don't Need No Doctor."
Casey had a rough day Thursday.  He got a blood transfusion in the morning because of ongoing problems with internal bleeding. Could this be the culprit to his mishap or just a mere coincidence that he was flattered for the judges gave him another day?
