Hayley Williams does not deserve to be infront

I have been collecting magazines ever since in my college years. The magazine that I don't miss a month's issue is Cosmopolitan for I really love to see who's on the front cover and be the judge if she deserves to be infront or not. The latest issue of the Mag features Hayley Williams whom I think should go  in the middle or further at the back or she should be within a thumbnail photo for she looks nostalgic and without life. Her hair was painted red just like the hair of Rihanna in the Rolling Stone magazine and supposedly  convey an atmosphere of fun, chaotic in a way and even carefree but it thus not show even a single bit.

If you were to judge, how would you judge it?
