Harlow, 3 and Sparrow, 1 are both the son and daughter of Nicole Richie and Joel Madden. Recently, Nicole was spotted coming out from the gym wearing an over sized tattered t-shirt and its obvious that her belly is getting bigger. Is she hiding? I think so she's pregnant for the third time which is an additional to the long list of pregnant celebrities
