The slapping started when Gloria together with her friends had a chat and told the valet to park her car. Half an hour pass still the girls were chatting so the valet turn off the idling car. At this instance, The mom approach the valet and asked for her keys and immediately slap the valets right cheek.
Gloria thinks that she can get away with this, I don't think so for the valet will press charges on her
